The Cue Salmon Bulgogi

Ingredients:

  • 1 Rebel Fish The Cue salmon portion
  • 2 tablespoons prepared Korean BBQ sauce, divided
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, for serving
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves, for serving
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice, for serving
  • ¼ cup shredded red cabbage, for serving
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced lengthwise, for serving
  • 1 Kirby cucumber, cut into thin spears, for serving
  • 1 small carrot, shredded, for serving

Yields: Makes 4 wraps
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Preparation:

  • Cut Rebel Fish salmon portion in half lengthwise. Slice each half into eight pieces.  Whisk together The Cue Flavorpack and 2 tablespoons Korean BBQ sauce in a medium bowl.  Add salmon pieces, tossing to coat and marinate 15 minutes.
  • Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add salmon and cook until center is opaque, tossing occasionally, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Transfer salmon to serving bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Place rice and vegetables in lettuce wraps. Top with salmon and drizzle with remaining Korean BBQ sauce.
